The beautiful apartment I posted about fell through. And nothing else is quite as beautiful, and nobody wants to rent to me if they haven't met me. So rude.

My dad works in Dc sometimes. I'd tell you you could stay with him, but that would be weird.
Does ashley have connections? She did live there.... you could just bum with someone for a month while you looked. ...
Did you try the singles wards? When I lived there, the wards had "housing coordinators" who had information about folks looking for roommates. It's a good way to get started.
