apparently they're desperate in georgia to improve standardized test scores. i wonder how many of them will cheat to get a bonus.

Holy crap.
How amazing would this be in California?!
Ha! I also like how they list when and were they will be meeting so that the rich kids can stand outside and make petty comments about the reduced lunch kids... Such a good Idea.
